Italian pasta, good company, and a touch of Italian chaos — just a relaxed evening where we talk, knead, fill, roll, and somewhere along the way understand why making pasta by hand feels so good.
In January, Chef Armando opens up Giulia’s kitchen for three evenings and shows you how to make the kind of pasta that makes everyone say: “You made this?!”

– A colorful green “candy” pasta (caramelle) with spinach–ricotta filling
• We taste the candy pasta during the workshop
• A Giulia apron is included as a gift
